We process your personal data based on your consent, which you provide when you create an account and accept this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us at support@buzzire.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
Your personal data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, OTP verification), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
Under the DPDP Act and applicable laws, you have the following rights:
Buzzire is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor is using Buzzire, please report it to support@buzzire.com.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside India (through Firebase/Google Cloud). We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that adequate safeguards are in place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and JBAC Innovations Private Limited ("Buzzire", "Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62012GJ2026PTC173156), governing your use of the Buzzire mobile application ("App") and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Buzzire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Buzzire. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, not prohibited from using the App under any applicable law, and not convicted of or registered as a sex offender. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
To use Buzzire, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, email, or phone number authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not create more than one account, use another person's account, or share your account with others. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By using Buzzire, you agree that you will NOT:
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion, without refund.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Buzzire (photos, bio, messages). By uploading content, you grant Buzzire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. The Buzzire name, logo (including the bee design), tagline "Feel the Buzz. Find your Desire.", and all App designs are trademarks and intellectual property of JBAC Innovations Private Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Buzzire offers optional premium subscription plans — Buzzire Plus, Buzzire Gold, and Buzzire Platinum — with enhanced features. Subscription terms include: payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store; subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal; pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region; no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Buzzire does not directly process subscription cancellations.
User safety is our priority. You can report any user or content that violates these Terms through the in-app reporting feature. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. However, Buzzire is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether on or off the App. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Buzzire is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that other users' information is accurate or truthful, or the conduct, compatibility, or intentions of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, JBAC Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, any interactions with other users (whether online or offline), any unauthorized access to your account, or any loss of data or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Buzzire in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JBAC Innovations Private Limited, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your interactions with other users.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should discontinue use and delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzzire regarding the use of the App.

At Buzzire, we believe that meaningful connections can only happen in a safe environment. We invest in technology, policies, and people to ensure every user feels protected. Our safety framework includes automated content moderation, human review of reports, profile verification systems, and zero tolerance for harassment.
We strongly encourage all users to verify their profiles. Verified profiles receive a verification badge, helping other users know they are connecting with a real, genuine person. Verification involves a selfie check to match your profile photos. Users with verified profiles receive higher visibility in the discovery feed.
If someone makes you uncomfortable, violates community guidelines, or behaves inappropriately, you should report them immediately. To report a user: open their profile, tap the three-dot menu, select "Report", choose the reason, and add details. Our team reviews every report and takes action ranging from warnings to permanent bans.

If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@buzzire.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address or phone number associated with your Buzzire account. We will process your request within 72 hours.
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we erase all personal data within 30 days of account deletion. We may retain limited data only where required by law (such as for legal proceedings or financial record-keeping requirements) or for fraud prevention purposes.
