Subscription management, receipt validation, entitlement tracking. Receives: user ID, subscription status, transaction IDs. Does not receive: personal profile data, messages, or location

In-app purchases, subscription billing for Android users. Google handles all payment processing. We receive: purchase tokens, subscription status. We do not receive: payment card details
Over-the-air (OTA) app updates. Minimal data collection limited to device type and app version for update delivery. Does not receive personal profile data
We regularly review our third-party integrations to ensure they meet our security and privacy standards. All providers are contractually required to process data in accordance with applicable law.
9. Data Storage & Transfer
Where is your data stored?
Your personal data is primarily stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. Google Cloud operates data centres in multiple regions globally. While we do not have a dedicated India-only server, your data may be stored in data centres located in the United States, Singapore, or other regions where Google Cloud operates.
Cross-border data transfers
By using Buzzire, you consent to the transfer of your data to servers outside India. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable Indian law and that adequate data protection measures are in place. Specifically:
Google (Firebase) maintains comprehensive data protection agreements and certifications
All data transfers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols
Our third-party providers are contractually bound to maintain data protection standards equivalent to or exceeding Indian requirements

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Technical safeguards:
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
Authentication: Firebase Authentication with secure token management and automatic token refresh
Access controls: Role-based access controls ensure only authorized team members can access user data, and only the minimum data necessary for their role
Firebase Security Rules: Database security rules ensure users can only access their own data and data explicitly shared with them (e.g., matched user profiles)
Input validation: All user inputs are validated and sanitised to prevent injection attacks
Monitoring: Automated monitoring for suspicious activity, unusual access patterns, and potential security incidents
Organisational safeguards:
Minimal access principle: Team members only have access to the data they need for their specific responsibilities
Security reviews: Regular review of security practices and access controls
Incident response: Documented procedures for responding to security incidents and data breaches
Vendor assessment: Third-party service providers are evaluated for security standards before integration
⚠️ Important: While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability and will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your personal data.
12. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

✏️
Right to Correction
If any of your personal data is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, you have the right to have it corrected. You can update most profile data directly in the app, or contact us for other data.
🗑️
Right to Erasure
You can request complete deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten). This can be done through in-app account deletion or by emailing us. Data is fully erased within 30 days.
🚫
Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before withdrawal. Some features may become unavailable without consent.
⚖️
Right to Grievance Redressal
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data or responded to a request, you have the right to file a complaint with our Grievance Officer or the Data Protection Board of India.
📋
Right to Nominate
Under the DPDP Act, you can nominate another person to exercise your data rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
Include your registered phone number or email for identity verification
Specify which right(s) you wish to exercise
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and fulfil it within 30 days
13. Consent & Withdrawal
How we obtain consent:
Registration consent: When you create your Buzzire account, you provide consent to the data processing described in this policy
Permission-based consent: Specific device permissions (camera, location, notifications) are requested individually, with clear explanations of why each permission is needed
Optional consent: Some features (like analytics) may offer additional opt-in/opt-out controls
How to withdraw consent:
Device permissions: Revoke camera, location, or notification permissions through your device Settings → Apps → Buzzire → Permissions
Analytics opt-out: Email support@buzzire.com with subject "Analytics Opt-Out"
Complete withdrawal: Delete your account through the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or email us. This withdraws all consent and triggers complete data erasure within 30 days
Effect of withdrawal: Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain features. For example, revoking location permission means we can't show you nearby profiles. Complete consent withdrawal (account deletion) means you can no longer use Buzzire.
14. Children's Privacy
Buzzire is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
Age is verified during registration. Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement cannot create an account
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will immediately delete the account and all associated data
If you believe a minor has created a Buzzire account, please report it immediately to support@buzzire.com
In accordance with the DPDP Act, we treat all users under 18 as children whose data requires special protection
15. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and in our mobile app. For a comprehensive explanation of what cookies we use, why, and how to manage them, please refer to our dedicated Cookie Policy.
In summary:
Essential cookies: Required for core functionality (authentication, security)

With your permission, we send push notifications for:
New matches and likes

Important security alerts (e.g., new login detected)
Major app updates and feature announcements
You can manage notification preferences in the app (Settings → Notifications) or disable them entirely through your device settings.
Email communications:
We may send emails for:
Account verification and password recovery
Subscription receipts and billing notifications

Important policy or terms changes
Security alerts
We do not send promotional marketing emails. All email communications are transactional or service-related.
17. Location Data
Location is a core part of the Buzzire dating experience, enabling you to discover people near you. Here's exactly how we handle your location data:
What we collect:
GPS coordinates: When you grant location permission, your device's GPS provides precise latitude and longitude
IP-based location: When GPS is unavailable, we may use your IP address to determine approximate location (city-level accuracy)
How we use it:
Discovery radius: To show profiles within your selected distance range
Distance display: To show approximate distance (e.g., "5 km away") to other users. We never show your exact location or address
Location-based matching: Proximity is a factor in our matching algorithm
How we protect it:
Your exact coordinates are never shared with other users
Other users only see approximate distance rounded to the nearest kilometre
Location data is updated only when you actively use the app — we do not track your location in the background
You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings
Without location permission, the app continues to work but cannot show nearby profiles
18. Account Deletion & Data Erasure
You have the right to delete your account and have all your personal data erased. For detailed instructions, see our Delete Account page.
What happens when you delete your account:
Immediate: Your profile is removed from discovery — no one can see or find you
Immediate: All your matches and conversations are deleted
Within 24 hours: Your profile photos are removed from our cloud storage
Within 30 days: All personal data (name, email, phone, preferences, activity history) is permanently erased from all active systems
Within 60 days: Encrypted backup copies are automatically purged
What we may retain after deletion:
Anonymised analytics data: Aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
Legal hold data: If required by an active legal proceeding, court order, or law enforcement request
Financial records: Transaction records as required by Indian tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years)
Safety records: If your account was banned for serious violations, we retain a hashed identifier to prevent re-registration
⚠️ Important: Deleting your Buzzire account does NOT cancel your premium subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account.
19. International Users
While Buzzire is primarily designed for users in India, we welcome users from around the world. If you access Buzzire from outside India:
Your data will be transferred to and processed on servers that may be located outside your country of residence
By using Buzzire, you consent to this cross-border data transfer
We apply the same data protection standards to all users regardless of their location
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, we respect your additional rights under those laws (such as GDPR rights) to the extent applicable
Data transfers from the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable
20. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the DPDP Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any concerns or complaints regarding your personal data.
Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt
We aim to resolve all grievances within 30 days
If we need additional time due to complexity, we will inform you of the expected timeline
You will receive a written response detailing the outcome and any action taken
Escalation:
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India as established under the DPDP Act, 2023. Details of the Board and its complaint mechanisms will be made available on the official government website once operational.

Significant changes: We will notify you through in-app push notifications, email, or a prominent notice within the app at least 7 days before the changes take effect
Material changes to data collection: If we introduce new categories of personal data collection or new purposes for processing, we will seek your explicit consent before proceeding
Continued use of Buzzire after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy are archived and available upon request by emailing support@buzzire.com.

1. Introduction & Scope
Buzzire is built to be a warm, inclusive, and respectful space for people of all ages and backgrounds seeking meaningful connections. Whether you're here to find a life partner, a meaningful relationship, or simply someone to share great conversations with — these guidelines exist to protect you and every other member of our community.
These Community Guidelines apply to every aspect of your Buzzire experience, including:
Your profile — name, photos, bio, interests, and all other profile fields
All messages, voice notes, and media shared in private chats
Interactions on the Explore screen, Elite Lounge, and all discovery features
Behaviour during and after matches, including in-person meetups
Any content or information shared through the app in any form
By creating a Buzzire account or continuing to use the app, you agree to follow these guidelines. We review and update them periodically to ensure they reflect the evolving needs of our community.
2. Be Authentic
Authenticity is the foundation of meaningful connections. We expect every member to represent themselves honestly on Buzzire.
What we expect:
Real name: Use your actual first name (or the name you go by). Nicknames are fine, but don't impersonate someone else or use a clearly fake identity.
Recent photos: Upload photos that accurately represent how you look today. We recommend photos taken within the last 6–12 months. Your primary photo should clearly show your face.
Truthful information: Your age, location, occupation, education, and bio should be accurate. Don't exaggerate or fabricate details.
Profile verification: Complete selfie verification when prompted. This helps build trust across the community and earns you a verified badge.
What's not allowed:
Catfishing — using someone else's photos or pretending to be another person
Using heavily filtered, morphed, or AI-generated photos that misrepresent your appearance
Creating profiles for fictional characters, celebrities, or public figures
Lying about your age, especially to circumvent age requirements
Using group photos where it's unclear which person you are
3. Be Respectful
Every person on Buzzire deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, regardless of whether you're interested in them or not. Good manners go a long way in building a healthy dating community.
Treat others with kindness:
Be polite and considerate in all interactions, even when declining interest
If someone isn't your type, simply pass — there's no need for harsh words or unsolicited criticism
Remember that there's a real person behind every profile with real feelings
Cultural, religious, and lifestyle differences should be respected, even if they don't align with your own
Absolutely not tolerated:
Harassment: Repeated unwanted messages, aggressive behaviour, or pursuing someone who has expressed disinterest
Bullying: Mocking, belittling, or intentionally humiliating another user
Intimidation: Threats, coercion, blackmail, or any attempt to frighten or control another person
Hate speech: Slurs, derogatory language, or discriminatory remarks based on race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, body type, or any other characteristic
Body shaming: Negative comments about someone's weight, height, appearance, or physical features
Unsolicited advice: Telling someone to change their appearance, lifestyle, or beliefs
💡 Remember: If someone doesn't respond to your message, it's not an invitation to send more. Respect their space and move on. There are plenty of people on Buzzire who'd love to connect with you.
4. Consent Matters
Consent is at the heart of every healthy interaction — both online and offline. On Buzzire, consent is enthusiastic, informed, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Never share intimate or explicit content without the other person's clear, voluntary consent
Do not screenshot or record private conversations or photos to share with others
Do not pressure anyone into sharing personal photos, meeting in person, sharing their phone number, moving to another messaging platform, or doing anything they're not comfortable with
Respect "no" in all its forms: A direct "no," an indirect excuse, silence, or a change of topic all mean the same thing — stop
Consent can be withdrawn at any time: Even if someone previously agreed to something, they have the right to change their mind
⚠️ Important: Sharing, distributing, or threatening to distribute intimate images of another person without their consent (commonly known as "revenge porn") is a criminal offence under Indian law (Section 66E of the IT Act) and will result in an immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.
5. Keep It Safe
Your safety and privacy are paramount. Here's how to protect yourself and others on Buzzire:
Protect your personal information:
Never share your home or work address in your profile or early conversations
Do not share financial details — bank account numbers, UPI IDs, credit card numbers, or payment information
Keep government IDs private — Aadhaar, PAN, passport, or driver's licence numbers should never be shared
Do not share login credentials, passwords, or OTPs with anyone
Be cautious about sharing your full name, workplace details, or social media handles with people you've just matched with
Watch out for scams:
Never send money, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to someone you've met on a dating app — no matter how convincing their story is
Be wary of people who profess strong feelings very quickly ("love bombing")
Be suspicious of anyone who can never video chat or meet in person
Don't click on suspicious links sent through chat messages
Report anyone who asks you for money or financial assistance — this is almost always a scam
🛡️ Buzzire Safety Tip: If something feels too good to be true, it probably is. Trust your instincts and report suspicious behaviour. Our team investigates every report.
6. Appropriate Content
Buzzire is a platform for building meaningful connections, and the content you share should reflect that. We maintain high content standards to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
Profile Photos — What's allowed:
Clear, well-lit photos that show your face
Photos that represent your interests, hobbies, and personality
Family photos (as secondary photos, not your main profile picture)
Travel, activity, or event photos that include you
Professional headshots or casual everyday photos
Profile Photos — What's NOT allowed:
Nudity or sexually explicit content (even partially)
Photos that focus on or sexualize body parts
Photos of minors as the primary subject (children may appear in family context only)
Graphic or violent imagery
Photos showing drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances
Photos displaying weapons (guns, knives, etc.)
Memes, text-only images, or screenshots instead of actual photos
Stock photos, celebrity photos, or images that aren't of you
Photos with offensive gestures, symbols, or text
Bio & Written Content:
Keep your bio genuine, interesting, and respectful
Do not include sexually explicit language or innuendo
No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
Do not include contact information (phone numbers, social handles, email) in your bio to prevent spam and protect your privacy
No promotional content, URLs, or advertisements
7. Messaging & Communication
Once you match with someone, communication should be respectful, genuine, and consensual. Here's what healthy messaging looks like on Buzzire:
Good messaging practices:
Start with a thoughtful message that shows you've read their profile
Be patient — not everyone responds immediately
Keep conversations respectful and appropriate
If the conversation isn't flowing naturally, it's okay to move on
Ask before sharing voice notes or media
What's not allowed in messages:
Unsolicited sexual or explicit messages or media
Repeated messaging after someone hasn't responded or has expressed disinterest
Threatening, abusive, or harassing language
Spam, chain messages, or copy-pasted mass messages
Soliciting money, favours, or personal information
Sending links to external sites, especially those that could be malicious
Recording or screenshotting conversations to share publicly
8. No Spam or Commercial Activity
Buzzire is for personal connections, not commercial gain. Using the platform for business purposes undermines trust and the experience for everyone.
No advertising: Don't use your profile or messages to promote products, services, businesses, or brands
No solicitation: Don't solicit other users for business opportunities, MLM schemes, crypto investments, or paid services of any kind
No spam: Don't send repetitive, automated, or bulk messages
No redirecting: Don't direct users to external websites, apps, or social media accounts for commercial purposes
No paid companionship: Buzzire is not a platform for escort services or any form of paid companionship. Profiles offering or soliciting such services will be permanently banned
No bots or automation: The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited
9. Account Integrity
To maintain fairness and trust in the Buzzire community:
One account per person: Each individual may have only one Buzzire account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
No account sharing: Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login credentials or let someone else use your account
No ban evasion: If your account has been suspended or banned, creating a new account to circumvent the ban is a violation and will result in further action
No manipulation: Don't use tricks, exploits, or third-party tools to manipulate the matching algorithm, inflate your profile visibility, or gain an unfair advantage
Accurate account information: The phone number and email address associated with your account must be yours and must be accessible for account recovery and verification
10. Minors Are Not Allowed
Buzzire is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. We take this requirement extremely seriously.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional verification
Any user discovered to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently removed from the platform
Any content, behaviour, or communication that sexualizes, grooms, or exploits minors in any way will result in an immediate permanent ban and will be reported to law enforcement authorities, including NCPCR (National Commission for Protection of Child Rights) and local police
Sharing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is a criminal offence and will be reported under applicable Indian and international law
⚠️ Zero Tolerance: Any activity involving the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors results in immediate, permanent banning and law enforcement referral. There are no warnings, no appeals, and no exceptions.
11. Physical Meetups & Offline Safety
When you're ready to take a connection from the app to real life, safety should always come first. While Buzzire can't control what happens offline, we want to equip you with the knowledge to stay safe.
Before you meet:
Video chat first — it helps confirm the person matches their profile and builds comfort
Tell a trusted friend or family member where you're going, who you're meeting, and when you expect to be back
Share your live location with someone you trust
Research the venue — make sure it's a well-known, public place
During the meetup:
Always meet in public: Cafes, restaurants, malls, parks — avoid private residences for first meetings
Arrange your own transportation: Drive yourself, take a cab, or use public transport. Don't depend on your date for a ride
Stay sober: Keep your wits about you, especially on a first meeting
Watch your belongings: Don't leave your phone, drink, or bag unattended
Trust your gut: If something feels off, it's completely okay to leave. Your safety is more important than being polite
After the meetup:
Check in with your trusted contact to let them know you're safe
If anything concerning happened during the date, report it to Buzzire support and local authorities if necessary
Block and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe or who behaved inappropriately
12. Reporting & How to Get Help
We rely on our community to help us keep Buzzire safe. If you encounter anyone violating these guidelines — or if something just doesn't feel right — please report it.
How to report:
In-app reporting: Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) on any user's profile and select "Report User." Choose the relevant reason and add any details that will help our team investigate
Email reporting: Send a detailed report to support@buzzire.com with the subject line "User Report." Include the offending user's name/profile details, a description of the violation, and screenshots if available
Emergency situations: If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (100 — Police, 112 — Emergency) first. Then report the incident to us
What happens after you report:
Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours
Reports are confidential — the reported user will not know who reported them
We investigate thoroughly before taking action, which may include reviewing chat history, photos, and profile activity
Action is taken based on the severity of the violation (see Enforcement section below)
For serious violations, we may involve law enforcement
✅ Safe Reporting: You will never face negative consequences for reporting in good faith. However, filing false or malicious reports is itself a violation and may result in action against your account.
13. Enforcement Actions
When we determine that a user has violated these Community Guidelines, we take action proportional to the severity of the offence. Our goal is to educate where possible and protect the community at all times.
⚠️
Warning
For minor, first-time offences like an inappropriate bio or borderline photo. You'll receive a notification explaining the violation and how to fix it.
⏸️
Temporary Suspension
For repeated minor offences or moderate violations like harassment lite or spam. Your account will be suspended for 24 hours to 30 days.
🚫
Permanent Ban
For severe violations including abuse, hate speech, threats, fraud, exploitation, or any illegal activity. This is immediate and irreversible.
Additional enforcement actions may include:
Content removal: Offending photos, bio text, or messages may be removed without prior notice
Feature restrictions: Certain features (like messaging or matching) may be temporarily restricted
Shadow restrictions: In some cases, visibility in discovery may be reduced for accounts showing patterns of low-quality behaviour
Law enforcement referral: For criminal activity, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and provide relevant data as required by Indian law
14. Zero Tolerance Policy
Certain behaviours are so harmful that they warrant immediate, permanent action with no prior warnings. We have an absolute zero tolerance policy for:
Sexual abuse or exploitation of any kind
Child safety violations — any content or behaviour involving minors
Threats of violence — direct or implied threats to another person's physical safety
Stalking or doxxing — following someone in real life based on app information, or sharing their private information publicly
Non-consensual intimate content — sharing or threatening to share intimate images without consent
Fraud or financial scams — romance scams, requesting money, impersonation for financial gain
Human trafficking or exploitation
Terrorism or violent extremism
Any illegal activity under Indian or international law
⚠️ Permanent & Irreversible: Violations under this Zero Tolerance Policy result in immediate permanent banning. The decision is final and not eligible for appeal. Relevant information may be shared with law enforcement and national databases.
15. Appeals Process
If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you have the right to appeal. We're committed to being fair and transparent in our enforcement.

1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how JBAC Innovations Private Limited ("Buzzire", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62012GJ2026PTC173156), with its registered office in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you:
Use the Buzzire mobile application on Android or iOS
Interact with our emails or marketing communications
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By continuing to use our website or app, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this policy. You can manage your preferences at any time (see Section 8).
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They serve a variety of purposes — from remembering your login status to helping us understand how people use our platform so we can improve it.
Similar technologies we use:
Local storage: Similar to cookies but can store larger amounts of data in your browser. Used for theme preferences and session management on our website
Session storage: Temporary storage that is cleared when you close your browser tab. Used for form data and navigation state
Device identifiers: Unique identifiers associated with your mobile device, used for app analytics and push notifications
Pixel tags / web beacons: Small transparent images embedded in web pages or emails that help us track engagement
SDKs (Software Development Kits): Code libraries embedded in our mobile app that provide functionality like analytics, crash reporting, and payment processing
Throughout this policy, we use the term "cookies" broadly to refer to all of these technologies unless otherwise specified.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
We categorize cookies into four types based on their purpose. Here's a summary:

5. Cookies & Tracking in the Mobile App
The Buzzire mobile app uses device-level storage and SDKs rather than traditional browser cookies. Here's what's used and why:
Device Identifiers
Firebase Installation ID: A unique identifier for your app installation, used for analytics and push notification delivery. This ID is reset if you uninstall and reinstall the app
Advertising ID (IDFA/GAID): We currently do not access or use your device's advertising identifier. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required
Local Data Storage
AsyncStorage / SecureStorage: Used to store your authentication tokens, app preferences, and cached data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device except through authenticated API calls
Image cache: Profile photos and media are temporarily cached on your device for faster loading. This cache is automatically managed and cleared periodically
Chat cache: Recent messages are cached locally for offline access and faster loading. Cached data is encrypted at rest
Background Services
Push notification service: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) runs in the background to deliver notifications about new matches, messages, and important updates. You can control notification preferences in the app settings or your device settings
Location services: When enabled by you, location is used for proximity-based discovery. Location data is processed on our servers and is not stored as a cookie. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings
6. Third-Party Services & Their Cookies
We use carefully selected third-party services to provide and improve Buzzire. Each of these services may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies.
We regularly review our third-party integrations to ensure they align with our privacy standards. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. How Long Do Cookies Last?
Session Cookies
These are temporary cookies that are deleted when you close your browser or app. They're used for things like maintaining your login state during a single browsing session and protecting form submissions from CSRF attacks. Session cookies are never written to permanent storage.
Persistent Cookies
These cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you manually delete them. They serve important functions:
Authentication tokens: Valid for 1 hour, automatically refreshed when active. Fully cleared on logout
Theme preference: Stored indefinitely in localStorage until cleared
Analytics data: Firebase Analytics retains data for up to 14 months. Crashlytics data is retained for 90 days
App preferences: Stored until you clear app data or uninstall
Push notification token: Active until app uninstall or manual token refresh
8. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You have control over the cookies and tracking technologies used by Buzzire. Here's how to manage your preferences:
On our website (buzzire.com):
Browser settings: Most modern browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Common paths include Settings → Privacy → Cookies
Block all cookies: You can configure your browser to block all cookies, but this may prevent essential website features from working (such as theme preferences)
Delete specific cookies: You can find and delete Buzzire-specific cookies through your browser's developer tools or cookie management interface
In the Buzzire mobile app:
Notification preferences: Go to Settings → Notifications to control which notifications you receive
Location services: Go to your device Settings → Apps → Buzzire → Permissions → Location to enable or disable location access
Clear app data: Go to your device Settings → Apps → Buzzire → Storage → Clear Data. Note: this will log you out and reset all app preferences
Analytics opt-out: Contact us at support@buzzire.com with the subject line "Analytics Opt-Out" and we will disable analytics collection for your account within 48 hours
Browser-specific instructions:
Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
💡 Note: Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of our website from functioning correctly. We recommend keeping essential cookies enabled for the best experience.
9. Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.
While we currently do not respond to DNT signals specifically, we want to assure you that:
We do not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies
We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not track you across other websites
You can opt out of analytics as described in Section 8
We will continue to monitor developments in DNT standards and update our practices accordingly.
10. International Users
While Buzzire is primarily designed for the Indian market, we welcome users from around the world. If you're accessing Buzzire from outside India, please note:
Your data is processed and stored on servers that may be located in India or other countries where our service providers (like Google/Firebase) operate
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies or contacting us
For users in jurisdictions with specific cookie consent requirements (such as the EU ePrivacy Directive), we respect your right to refuse non-essential cookies
Regardless of your location, we apply the same privacy standards to all users
11. Children's Privacy
Buzzire is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect cookies or tracking data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data.
If you believe a minor has accessed Buzzire, please contact us immediately at support@buzzire.com.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes:
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
For significant changes (such as introducing new types of tracking), we will notify users through in-app notifications or email
Previous versions of this policy are archived and available upon request
Continued use of Buzzire after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.

Buzzire offers premium subscription plans — Plus, Gold, and Platinum — that provide enhanced features beyond the free tier. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available within the App.
6.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
All premium subscriptions are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date
Payment is charged to your account through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Razorpay at the time of purchase and upon each renewal
Pricing may vary by region, promotional offers, and subscription period. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal, and you will be notified in advance
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be done through: Apple App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) for iOS, or Google Play Store (Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions) for Android
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you've already paid for

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once purchased
Refund requests for app store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, as they control the payment processing
We may offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues that prevented access to premium features)

20. Contact Us
If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback about these Terms of Service, please contact us:
Your safety is our top priority. Here's how we keep Buzzire safe.
Profile Verification
All users must complete profile verification through a selfie check to ensure you're connecting with real people. This helps prevent catfishing and fake accounts.
Reporting & Blocking
If someone harasses, threatens, or makes you uncomfortable: Tap the menu icon on their profile, select "Report User" and choose the reason, optionally block them to prevent further contact, our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Smart Filtering
Buzzire uses AI to detect and remove fake accounts and bot activity, offensive or explicit content, and repeated violations of community guidelines.
Community Guidelines
Respect & Consent: Treat others how you'd want to be treated. Never share intimate content without permission.
Authenticity: Be genuine. Real photos, real interests, real you.
Safety: Never share passwords, financial details, or sensitive information in chats.
Age Verification: We do not allow users under 18. Anyone violating this will be removed.
Meeting Safely Offline
When you decide to meet someone in person: Always meet in public places (cafes, malls, parks), let a trusted friend know your plans, share your location with them, trust your instincts — if something feels off, it's okay to cancel, never share personal financial or address information early on.
Red Flags to Watch Out For
Users who ask for money or loans
Requests to move off-app quickly to private messaging
Excessive compliments or love-bombing early on
Refusal to video chat or meet in person
Stories that don't add up or seem too perfect
Requests for intimate photos
Support & Resources
If you experience harassment, abuse, or threats: Take screenshots of the interaction, report the user through the app, contact our support team at support@buzzire.com with details, in case of emergency, contact local law enforcement.
Data Privacy & You
Your data is encrypted and only shared with people you match with. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance for sexual abuse or exploitation, hate speech or discrimination, threats or violence, and fraud or financial scams. Violators are permanently banned and reported to authorities if necessary.
Buzzire was born from a simple observation: most dating apps feel cold, impersonal, and designed only for people in their 20s. We wanted to build something different — a warm, inclusive, and joyful space where people of all ages can find genuine connections. Whether you're 25 or 55+, starting fresh after a divorce, or simply ready to meet someone special, Buzzire welcomes you with open arms (and open wings).
Our Mission
To create the most inclusive, safe, and meaningful dating platform in India and beyond. We believe that everyone deserves a chance at love, companionship, and connection — regardless of age, background, or life stage.
What Makes Buzzire Different
Age-inclusive: We celebrate dating at every age. Our app is designed for the 25-55+ demographic, not just college students
Safety-first: Profile verification, content moderation, and zero tolerance for harassment
No bots, no games: Real people, real profiles, real connections
Premium but fair: Core features are free. Premium tiers enhance the experience without creating paywalls for basic functionality
Made in India: Built by an Indian team for Indian users first, with global ambitions
The Name
"Buzzire" combines "Buzz" (the excitement, the energy, the electric feeling of attraction) with "Desire" (the deep longing for connection). Together, they create something new — a word that captures the thrill of finding someone special. Our bee mascot represents the buzzing energy of new connections, and the sweetness of finding your match.
Our Company
Buzzire is a product of JBAC Innovations Private Limited, a technology company founded by Akshay Chavda and Jay Bera (JBAC = their initials).
